The role of managerial identity is not limited to organizing operational tasks and recurring activities, but also to the progression and development of employees, empowering them on a daily basis. Becoming a true manager-coach requires mastery of coaching techniques adapted to team management. This practical training aims to introduce team leaders to immediately use coaching tools and techniques in their daily professional life.

Objectives 

• Elicit development objectives from collaborators themselves 
• Employ an appropriate questioning game to uncover dormant talents 
• Support team members while considering their technical and behavioural skills
• Assist in both change management and the consolidation of collaborator's achievements 
• Facilitate positive resolution of delicate situations faced by team members 
• Adopt framing, reframing, and appreciative confrontation techniques as automatic responses
• Cultivate a trusting environment where each team member can perform at their best 
• Utilise elements present in their environment to enhance learning
