Description 

Through the personality types approach, the Insights Discovery® tool provides a solid and reliable foundation for personal development. It offers a constructive, flexible, and enriching model to enhance individual strengths and differences.

Based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung, it highlights each individual's behavioural preferences through colour energies. This provides a solid foundation for personal evolution and development. It is worth noting that individual debriefing will continue throughout the programme, as trainers will frequently refer to each person’s specifics to tailor their practices. This is primarily aimed at developing participants' sensitivity to managing diversity in everyday situations (team personalities, cultures, backgrounds, generations, etc.).


Objectives

  • Better understand oneself professionally through the sharing of values, goals, styles, and personalities 
  • Define normal interactions among different team members
  • Clarify each other's expectations regarding their respective interlocutors and peers 
  • Determine the roles and responsibilities for implementing cross-functional processes 
  • Better organise tasks to be carried out both individually and collectively 
  • Manage potential disagreements constructively
  • Define, implement, and sustain a unified and consistent policy for managing employees
