Keskonfaisi ?® – Psychosocial risk prevention workshop

Description

The participants will be divided into small teams that compete in a friendly competition to reach the end of the game and win a prize. Each team has a pawn that moves on the board based on the results of a dice roll. Each square presents a very specific problem that needs to be prevented, solved, or repaired afterwards. A summary document supports the learning and discoveries made during the course.

Objectives

• List the psychosocial risks inherent in the company's reality
• Analyze when, where, and how to intervene when an issue is suspected or confirmed
• Identify what can, what must, and what should not be said to the concerned employees (N, N+1, N+2)
• Implement a triple anchoring of self-protection and maintain a necessary distance when needed
• Understand the various categories of emotions and underlying needs
• Acknowledge and address employees' emotional expressions appropriately
• Ask relevant questions to facilitate the resolution of complex situations
• Strengthen observation and empathy skills
• Avoid interpretations and the influence of biases
• Establish a supervision and exchange process
