In the professional world, it is often expected to be flexible and available. The value of an employee is frequently measured more by the quantity of tasks completed than by their quality—or so some believe. These beliefs, combined with often irrational or exaggerated fears, lead employees to develop habits that are both ineffective and unproductive. Unable to say no, they find themselves caught in a vicious cycle where large files, complex tasks, and ever-shorter deadlines pile up and follow one another without respite. However, saying no constructively is not only about taking care of oneself but also about being more effective with others. 

This is the objective of this highly practical training. Participants will be able to better mobilise their resources and regain true effectiveness.
