Collaborating with different personalities

Description

You can choose your friends, but not your colleagues or hierarchical superiors. In the professional environment, it's important to have a serene and effective cohabitation, even with difficult or even pathological personalities. This training aims to help participants improve their communication with these individuals while also respecting themselves.

Objectives

• Identify complex and difficult personality types
• Understand both the implicit and explicit expectations of these individuals
• Identify allies and adversaries through a partnership map and mobilize respective resources to achieve common goals
• Recognize one's own needs and position them against those of difficult counterparts
• Deal with pathological profiles: narcissistic, paranoid, manipulative, chronic victims, etc. 
• Approach a challenging client, hierarchical superior, or colleague considering the specificities of these different individuals and the communication stakes 
• Deliver a message with a "win-win" objective in mind
