DISC®
Description
The AEC DISC psychometric tool was developed in France by Patrice Fabart in the early 2000s. This model is based on three of the most significant psychological theories of the 20th century concerning human behavior:
- William Marston's DISC system (associated with colour language),
- Carl Gustav Jung's research,
- Eduard Spranger's analysis of motivations.
The resulting combined analysis forms the basis for a deep learning process, enhancing self-awareness, relational effectiveness, and overall personal development in professional life.
