Description

Transmitting knowledge and imparting new skills is one of the most rewarding professions there is. When training is conducted with finesse, participants can learn in a fun and truly effective manner. This training aims to provide future internal trainers with pedagogical skills for success.

Objectives

• Establish a checklist to verify one's preparation
• Start off well and introduce oneself properly to establish legitimacy
• Become aware of one's non-verbal language and rectify certain attitudes and postures if necessary
• Adapt vocabulary and language level to the group
• Use the whiteboard to encourage involvement
• Build interactive exercises and activities to enhance integration of learning
• Facilitate the training in a dynamic manner, manage questions and follow-ups, solicit feedback
• Manage exchanges and interactions, address disruptive behaviors
• Ensure participants' understanding throughout the training
• Evaluate the success of the training
