Preparing for retirement : On the way to a new life
Description
Retirement is a transitional period that some people view as a significant life challenge. Facing professional emptiness, the loss of social status, and a possible decrease in income can be unsettling. Moreover, beyond professional changes, upheavals also impact personal life (relationships, social network). Therefore, as with all major changes, it is important to prepare for this transition in order to approach this new phase of life positively.
The objective of this training is to provide participants with a reference framework to approach their upcoming retirement with confidence. This involves a return to self, through numerous questions and practical exercises, leading to a personalised action plan.
