Description 

Creativity is a crucial skill for addressing current challenges. However, contemporary society often inhibits this ability. This training aims to activate participants' creativity to find innovative solutions using practical methods and tools. Participants will learn to be inspired rather than influenced and to satisfy their curiosity in a world filled with opportunities.

Objectives

• Consider one's perceptions, knowledge, and past experiences to better understand oneself in the creative process
• Understand the mechanisms of thought and idea emergence through specific states of consciousness (boredom, the relativity of time, the need to recharge, to refocus on oneself)
• Individually reprogram potential inhibiting beliefs
• Maintain curiosity through the 5W2H analytical method
• Experiment with the 6-3-5 method and brainstorming to stimulate group creativity 
• Practice thinking like Walt Disney 
• Use mind-mapping as a playful tool to foster ideas/projects 
• Incorporate the creative factor into daily tasks by giving them meaning
