Description

Note that in Luxembourg, 15% of suicides and 10% of resignations are related to working conditions and relationships. These figures entail a considerable cost both in terms of human impact and on the company's economy. However, several levers exist to engage in a continuous improvement process, including work on occupational risks.

• Familiarise oneself with various methodologies for preventing psychosocial risks
• Know how to identify and implement a high-impact prevention approach
