Survival kit in a changing environment
Description
If new organizational structures and strategies may not be complex to put on paper, it is much more challenging to get all employees of the company to adopt the change. Resistance emerges, and decision-makers of the change often feel ill- equipped to overcome obstacles they struggle to overcome.
The objective of this training is therefore to provide a pragmatic toolbox rich in truly effective techniques and methods to accompany any type of change. The pedagogical approach is extremely practical and built around the professional situation of the participants.
