Managing emotions
Description
Emotions are an integral part of our lives. They influence our interpersonal relationships often without us even realizing it. Depending on our ability or difficulty in processing them, emotions can either facilitate or hinder our communication. Frequently repressed, they are often denied because they can be intimidating or are mistakenly perceived as an uncontrollable aspect of human nature.
