Communication isn't just about speaking. It's about exchanging, listening in order to provide relevant responses. Therefore, it's essential to listen attentively, both in-person and remotely. However, this attention is constantly diverted by multiple demands. This presence towards others also helps us reduce the time spent re-evaluating decisions made due to misunderstandings, as well as prevent conflicts based on misunderstandings. This interactive and enjoyable training day aims to guide participants in discovering attentive and active communication.
