General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data
Since May 25, 2018, the European General Regulations on Data Protection (GDPR) has come into effect.
As required by law, we undertake to make every effort to protect the personal information that you have kindly communicated to us when you register for one of our courses.
To be able to communicate with you and to manage your training history with Pétillances Sàrl, we collect the following information:
- first and last name
- function in the company
- phone number
- The coordinates of your company
- professional email
The latter is used in order to send you
- The slides of the training attended
- Our training catalog
- The training invoice
- Attestation of attendance
- Our newsletter (the mailing is done with MailJet. If you do not want to receive this mail anymore, you can unsubscribe at the reception of the next newsletter)
- The possible modification of an appointment
Petillances Sàrl commits to using the information collected solely to provide you with the best possible service. This information will not be disclosed or sold as files to third parties.
If you wish to verify your data or if you want it to be permanently deleted, please send an e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org (by indicating a telephone number to which we can contact you.)
One of our staff members will call you as soon as possible and ask you to identify yourself via the training courses you have followed. Once this identification is made, we will be able to verify, modify or delete information, partially or totally.
